Welcome to Berber Magic Tours. By booking a tour, trek, or excursion with us, or by using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully prior to confirming your booking.

1. Booking & Reservation Confirmation

To reserve a tour package or private expedition with Berber Magic Tours, clients must submit an official inquiry via our website form, email, or WhatsApp. A booking is considered confirmed once:

  • We have agreed upon the custom itinerary, travel dates, and final pricing.
  • The required deposit payment has been received and verified by our team.
  • We issue a formal confirmation email or voucher detailing your itinerary.

2. Payment Terms & Prices

All tour prices quoted on our website or customized proposals are in Euros (€), US Dollars ($), or Moroccan Dirhams (MAD). Prices include specified services (private transport, local guide, refuge/camp stays, specified meals).

  • Deposit: A deposit (typically 20% to 30% of the total tour price) is required at the time of booking to secure accommodations, mountain guides, and private transport.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance can be paid in cash (EUR, USD, or MAD) upon arrival in Marrakech or on Day 1 of your trip prior to departure.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Cancellations must be communicated to us in writing via email or WhatsApp. Cancellation fees apply as follows:

  • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund of deposit minus administrative & banking transaction fees.
  • 15 to 30 days before departure: Deposit is non-refundable but can be credited toward a future trip within 12 months.
  • Less than 14 days before departure or No-Show: 100% of the total tour cost is non-refundable.

Note: If Berber Magic Tours cancels a trip due to extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or safety concerns beyond our control, you will receive a 100% full refund or option to reschedule.

4. Travel Insurance & Personal Safety

It is a mandatory condition of booking high-altitude mountain treks (such as Mount Toubkal peak ascents or High Atlas multi-day hikes) that all participants carry adequate travel and medical insurance. Your policy must cover high-altitude trekking, emergency medical expenses, repatriation, and mountain rescue operations.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess the physical fitness required for the trek they select. Our licensed guides reserve the right to alter or stop a trek if a participant's physical condition threatens their own safety or the safety of the group.

5. Itinerary Changes & Force Majeure

While we make every effort to adhere strictly to your agreed-upon itinerary, mountain weather in the High Atlas or road conditions in the desert can be unpredictable. Berber Magic Tours reserves the right to alter routes, stops, or overnight accommodation sites when necessary for client safety and comfort.

6. Liability & Governing Law

Berber Magic Tours operates under official tourist guide and travel management standards of the Kingdom of Morocco. While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and comfort, Berber Magic Tours cannot be held liable for flight delays, lost luggage, personal injuries, or expenses arising from events beyond our direct control.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
